The evening at the Sydney Seafood School was outstanding, one member plus a potential new member, joined another team and together whipped up a meal that we were all surprised at.
On the menu for the evening were Crab Cakes with Horseradish Dressing, Smoked Trout & Risoni Salad, and finally Stir-fried Prawns, Asparagus & Sugar Snap Peas with Garlic, Ginger and Green onions. The evening commenced with a demonstration by our very entertaining chef for the evening, and then we were set free to replicate the dishes at our workstations. We later sat down together in the dining room. A terrific evening in all.
